Data collected
When placing an order: name, email, delivery address and payment information (processed directly by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal, never stored on our servers). When using the contact form: email and message content. While browsing: audience-measurement data via cookies (see the Cookies section).
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support and reply to your messages (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, GDPR article 6.1.b), and to measure site audience (consent, article 6.1.a).
Data recipients
Your data is shared with our technical providers, limited to what each needs: Stripe and PayPal (payment), Resend (order emails), Vercel and Neon (site and database hosting), Google Analytics (audience measurement). Some are located outside the European Union (United States); these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.
Retention period
Order-related data is kept for 3 years from the last contact for customer-relationship purposes, and accounting documents (invoices) for 10 years under article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code. Contact form messages are kept for 1 year from submission. Audience-measurement cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

The site sets audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics) subject to your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through that banner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, exercised by writing to promocardsjapan@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
